Jan. 28th/89 Monday. More pleasant tho mer - at zero morn but at 20° P.M. much as usual with our folks & busy as ever with usual duties, No callers, As well self occupied with regular routine & extra job repairing blue plaid dress but quite nervous P.M. & discouraged Jan 29th/89 Tuesday Very pleasant mer 10° + morn & 22° sunset All appear as well with our folks & guess spending day as usual. Much same self tho all very dark this morn. Carrie Alexander in to sit - part P.M. with work. Susie also to play with little girls. Mrs. Wedgwood in later. Jan 30th/89 Wednesday More windy & cloudy with snow in air P.M. growing cold. Our folks about same & occupied much as usual, of course little girls not out much. I slept well & thot better this morn, but dull & took my dinner, & thot would no supper but remembered teachings & all little.
