July 23 Wednesday Up in good season at Geo's, tho' not "feeling first rate" self, tho' no "sick spell" but not resting very well this morning, over to "the house" two or three times of course, trying to help Rose some but she pretends isn't must to do & left for Mrs Pratts in P.M. July 24 Of course found self at Mrs Pratts to early breakfast again this morning Mrs. P_ feeling about sick, her eyes being so bad she is oblidged to keep in darkened room, & suffering considerable pain in head, but Estelle & I were down town in P.M. & took supper at B_ Nite society, & of course round by my home.
