Saving...
Thursday October 9 Cloudy with strong s-winds, sun shining out between, Mer above 80°+ most of P.M. & very sultry. All as usual with us, keeping busy, but accomplishing little, self over to see baby in morn & in again with Estelle in P.M. few minutes. Charlotte out awhile & Rose had to send for Mrs Savoy little when I went with Ellery to hear Oakes Bro's at Barnard hall in eve, well entertained. October 10 Weather remains about same. All morning along at same pace with us, I had extra picking up to do before & after Lena swept chambers, filling in rest of time at repairing & at work ripping up green dress. Was in to see Rose' & Baby in morning & again last of P.M. all about same, only swelling on Baby's head doesn't go down as I would like to see it. Lena & I spent eve ripping my green dress, Ellery at (concert practice?)
