Mer 18°+ at noon, 13°+ at sunset. Tuesday December 16 Woke to find quite a depth of snow on ground & still more coming, but cleared up & sun out before noon. All up extra late this morn, so didn't accomplish much, Lena trying to iron little by spells, at work for self rest of time, aside from doing usual work, I worked at c-flannel, doing little more cutting & sewing in P.M. Ellery did sweeping paths out to street but I didn't get over to see Clyde. December 17 Pleasant, but much colder, Mer 12°_ about sunrise & 2°_ at noon, standing 7°_ at 5 o,c, P.M. When I started for Mr Pratts with Estelle, she coming down to let me know they were ready for me to try on dress they are making for me, Lena off this P.M. to attend the funeral of their Minister which is to be near her home tomorrow A.M.
