June 1900 Getting quite dusty. Sun 17. Cloudy, threatening morn, but fair and hot P.M. Girls +I drove to Decorate morn, starting at 7. (Up at 5:30). Stayed at Mr. Instadt's. Church Morn and P.M. Lutheran College Museum. All home evg. at 8:15. Mon. 18. Beautiful days; cool nights. Hoed, Morn. Sprayed currants 2nd time, evg. Girls picked 4 boxes _andies. Tues. 19. Fine day. had eyes fitted by Prof. Fisk. Mr. +Mrs. Angier came at noon. Hoed, morn. Wed. 20 Fair, much warmer, +promising rain - needed. Mr. A drove home this A. M. hoed +c. morn. Poled beans evg. + sprinkling of course. Thurs 21. Partly cloudy, (or mostly) +threatening. Very warm. MUCH COOLER EVG. NEW GLASSES CAME> Charlotte had company for Mrs. A. Mowed yard, noon. Fri. 22. Cloudy +cool A. M. Fair P.M. Clara went to Creses, I.O.G.T. Hoeing +c. morn + evg. Sat. 23 Very warm, nearly 90 (crossed out: at ch. noon +evg. Pastor Stewart changed with Methodist McCord, Morn.) Office as normal. Ch. had company again.
