Saving...
4 be a heavier burden than we ought to carry. Interest will eat up everything we might pay on the principal. I figure that I can do the inside finishing off, putting the side walls (knotty pine or random width boards for living room, library, study and dining room; celotex squares for the ceilings; celotex panels for kitchen and bedrooms); I can stain and varnish (or do whatever is done) the floors. I can paint the kitchen etc. I can build the library shelves. I can do all the outside work, grading, planting, land scaping etc.
