Aunt Maude would be willing to sell I'm sure because as she grows older and has less money, the house will be harder to care for. She wants $5000 now for it. There'd be some work needed on it - yet it is in good shape and can be lived in at once. If we had Al with us his $35 per month would pay both principal and interest by F.H.A. plan.
