What I saw of those books convinced me that they were very well done and would be of real value to nature lovers and students. xxx You'd be surprised how many times your letters are reread. I don't answer all the questions because usually I have to snatch the moments to write, at whatever place I may be and usually your letters are in my barracks bag - we are allowed to carry nothing but pen, handkerchief and comb in our pockets.
