I was on K.P yesterday. The army uses initials for everything. K.P., of course, means Kitchen Police. It doesn't mean you stand around a warm kitchen keeping an eye on things. It means you get up at 3:30 a.m.; you work like hell until 8:30 p.m. I got to pilot The China Clipper; that's the dish washing machine. During the day I figure I washed 4,500 pieces of Chinaware and 5000 pieces of silverware. Let me state, however, that K.P. is not punishment, at least not at this post. We all
