-4 one navigator flies alone with the pilot; sometimes there are 2 pilots and one navigator; sometimes there is 1 pilot and 2 navigators. Sometimes we have a passenger or two; more often not. We sometimes carry a bombardier and gunners, mostly not. We sometimes carry brief cases or small sealed boxes for delivery but we're never told what they are and don't ask. Sometimes we fly for no apparant reason at all. Most hops are short 200 to 500 miles and back. Rarely we go farther. Must go now. Will drop you a short note, at least, when I get back
