Sunday 5/9/43 Dearest: Somehow that phrase "... you have nothing to worry or bother you..." in your letter rings bells in my mind. "Ought I to read a double - or a hidden meaning into it?", I ask myself "Surely you know, that I am not here by choice or that I am not utterly content. I do not worry for there is no gain in worrying yet I cannot help but feel each day that our plans are not started is a day wasted in my life. Each day, each week that we are apart is so much time for naught. I frequently "chomp at the bit" and rebel but
