Stooped down to take a roll of it and fell dead on the sidewalk oh what a shock to his companion & family the doctor said he had been trobled with heart disease for sometime. in the midst of life we are in death. we are all well at present and hope you are the same we recieved a letter from Edmund and Susanah since you were here they are all well and wrote they think of visiting Iowa we would rather see them than to hear tell of their coming give our love to all and write to us soon and often I will send you those photographs and dont forget we want yours in return I mean all of them, Emma do not your Pa and Ma forget to send them to us Soon.
