both called to see me .I have seen most of Dr Coxs family but understood they are expecting me over there. I hope when they find out that I shall wait till they call they may conclude to come. I find [D__] the same pretty place some [yes?] a great many improvements but still seems as though I am getting home. I have been to Uncle Wills once, to Uncle Charlie's once, and Mary [Shaw?] made me promise not to stay long. I am going over this afternoon but she has made me promise to come back before night. You see she is a little selfish. At least they think so. The weather has been very beautiful and I love it here so much. Yesterday we made some of the most beautiful [Citrese?] preserves and jelly. it is a clear honey color. Dice [illigible] girls [cup?] of [sherrs?] come to see me off this morning. I started
