We have not had but two small mails here since Wednesday. last we brought a letter from Pa to (Orice?) tell Pa and the rest the best thing that can be done is to come out here and (?) then consent to move, Oh! the climate is splendid I have felt so well ever since I came out here. We are having very high waters here now, half the cellars are full the bottom is covered between here and the bridge. We are safe however, Will be splendid when it freezes for skating. I have a Photo of Aunt Ally and myself takeing such skateing and -------------Aunt Ponce she would not let me send it home to you
