He thinks he is on the road to fortune/S here and offers me a situation as Agent where I can make $200 per month. He says that he never made any money untill he went in this business. His family is living in Oscaloosa. Where he has lived since spring. Will move here as soon as he can get a house. I saw James Wright. Says he will pay the amt of the notes before we go away. Mr Foster says the taxes are all paid. There is a Balance of thirty dollars coming to you. He has never collected any rent from Mrs Lyon
