My reasons are — 1st I cannot compete with large capital who buy in original packages and get 20% discount. 2nd The business is so overdone that many things sell, for very little above cost. 3rd Expenses are to heavy here. Rent, Board, and sundries are much larger here than would be in smaller place. Business lots and property is so high that I would never be able to pay expense and make enough to own a foot of real estate. Such is the prospect that I see before me every day. This unsettled way of living dont suit me
