Uncle James was enjoying pretty good health but is not doing anything now not having concluded what to do or whether he will stay at Ft Dodge or not. I find property very high both here and at Ft Dodge, I have been looking for a small house for myself and will have to pay some twenty five hundred for a simple house and lot.
