Saving...
Your little grandaughter is as full of live and as busy as Pa. Mary calls her the Doctor. She is so fat & her hands are like pa's. She is the best child in the world. Can tell almost any thing you tell her. Goes all over the yard. chasing the chickens, the cat or the pigs. is in to everything. fills every crock or bucket she can find with chips. Wants to be out of doors all the time, wears her sunbonnett everywhere in the house or out of doors. She keeps perfectly well most of the time and gets so mad at times that Pa nor I would'nt hold a candle to her. Altogether we think her a great child for she longer is the little baby she was a year ago. I just looked around to see what she is doing and I see her standing by a chair with her shoe in one hand trying to put the strings in. She will bring her shoe when it comes off to Mary and hand it to her & then hold up her foot to have it put on. This last page I have written mostly for Laura for I wish she could see her little pet, (?) please write me & tell
