Mr Foster received a letter from a [illegible] in Oskaloosa asking for the price of your land in Mahaska Co, I said he could sell it if the price was not to high. I told Mr Foster I would write you. I do not know what it is worth, if I wished to sell however I think it would pay to go to Eddyvill by rail and see it. Then I could tell about what is worth.
