you may know what he says in writing to me. I will not go to Eddyville until I hear from you. Should you come I would like for you to see the land yourself, but if you don't come I will go. Should you come to Iowa immediately, you will of course go to Des Moines and see Levi the first thing. There you can write me what day you will come from there to Eddyville and I will drive my team there and meet you & after seeing the land you can come home with me. I simply make the above suggestion, you of course can adopt them or not as suits you. We received Laura's last good letter a few days and I had just written or Mary would have written at once.
