and has bin nearly blind ever scince Fleatcher Willey's yongest son is in the Army those two are all of our relations that have gon from this part of the country you can scarsely immagin I suppose as far as you are from the border how much we are exposed here but every time you hear of Louisville being threatened just think we are only twelve mile from there we have bin frightend a great many times but as is yet we have not bin hurt I deeply sympathise with you and all other mothers that have sons in the Army I am glad you informed me of your sons company and regiment I shall take an intrest in that regiment tell your Son that has got home we would be pleased to receive a visit from him also any part of your family my love to all especily to my Aunt Mary A Boyer
