to you again. if Lieut Bronton had of got back to Memphis two days sooner I would of telegraphed to him to send them on to us at Iuka Miss but I recd his letter on the next train to the last that was comeing to that place for after we left Iuka we abandoned the RR betweene that plase and Corinth we had a wagon train about two miles long and the train was fired on by Guerillass after we left the Tenn. River they wounded one man a driver of an ambulance. Geo. F. Hall
