Louisa Centre, Louisa Co. Ghost Louisa Centre P. O. Iowa Sept 19th 1'64 Adgt. Genl. Baker Dr Sir: Herewith I send you a certificate of election of officers of our Militia Co. I would have forwarded it sooner but have not been able to get the form sooner. The Rolls will be on hand in a few days.
