Your letters, four at once, arrived two direct and two forwarded from Mountain Home. Your Dad is really grand! I liked him - despite how grumpy you and mom always said he was - and I didn't think he was so much. He understands a lot more than he leads one to think. How does a plan like this sound? I'll have either 5 or 6 days at home probably in December or January. Nothing is ever sure in the army so I say probably. They'll give me time to travel in addition
