Sumter Prison Georgia No of Prisoners confined here is between 3 000 & 4 000 Those yanks who enlisted in the rebel ranks can be seen drilling outside THURSDAY 26 Go out for wood get to read several rebel newspapers No news of much interest FRIDAY 27 Clear cold morning Wood scarce and little fiers Hungry and cold we pass away the time
