Camp Sumpter Ga" Seven hundred prisoners arrive here from the west They look hard and care-worn A paper in camp containing news of a general exchange of prisoners arranged SUNDAY 19 Beautiful day,, Prisoners are furnished with soap and engage in a general wash - which changes their appearance much MONDAY 20 Nothing exciting or new to day weather very nice
