as we onely have a sema weekly mail at our Office. How have you bin spending the winter, did you sleighride much have you had a gay time &c now since I have asked these questions I may just as well answer them myself First I have spent the time miserably bin sick most of the winter or rather have bin having Sour Throat was not able to Sleighride much of the time I am now better and able to be out most of the time. I have missed a great deal as it has bin remarkably gay in our neighbourhood Oyster Suppers partys & Dances here bin quite the stile here and there are others in prospect. Something to look forward to. I expect to visit your place between now and Spring and bring one of my good looking Cousins with me Yours &c Thos Johns Po I would have written to friend Sam but suposed that that he had returned before this reaches you Give him my Kindest regards
