reporting yourself at Head-quarters in double quick. this day I suppose you are Emancipated from the School room. I am glad too - for you will be home soon now I hope. It seems like an age since you left. Mag had a letter from Irve yesterday, he was well. we have had no word from George since I wrote you we are going to send him a box of provision. will start it Monday. George Hoge had a long letter from Curgus last week, he was well. Mrs Orright, 'Mags' Mother, died yesterday. she had not spoke for twelve days before she died, has been sick all - winter, & the neighbors have had to support the family [th]at will come providing they dont [proclam]ation, Good bye your old maid sister "Bell"
