fatherly he will look. Aunt Mag says to be sure and tell you that her little black cow has a calf, but havn't it tied to the fence yet. hasn't been raining any either, and to tell Uncle Sam that that is the difference between blosses (calf) and blacky's. 
Ernest had a visitor to-day, some of his kin I believe, from Lacon, and let me tell you he is right good looking for a "clickerman," though not to be compared with Ernest.
By the way the latter named gentleman went to bed a long while before any the rest of us, last night, a fact which I consider worthy of note. he is sitting now, however up against the wall, stiff as a statue. 
Well, to change the subject. I have my bonnet home from the milliner I think it is real neat, and Oh! it would fairly take your breath to see me with it on. I look so handsome. (nobody thinks so but myself however)
