My school I started to high school at Prairie City Iowa Sept. 2, 1932 My subjects were, General Science, Algebra, English, Dometics Science, and Glee Club. My teachers were Mr. Waltz, Miss Dean, Miss Rodgers, and Miss Moore. Mr. Waltz was our class sponser. Our Freshman year ended May 26, 1933. In my Soph. year I started to school in Prairie City but in Oct. I moved to Waukee Iowa. There my subjects were Geometry - Mr. Chase, History - Miss Cambell, English - Miss Henderson, Homemaking - Miss Camden, and Music - Miss Bakewell. The High School gave an apperetta "Silvia" at the first of the year and a Carnival in December.
