I had a box of candy from Glad. I suppose she thought I would enjoy that, which I did. Whenever the other boys get anything they always open it and pass it around, so I get a taste from most of them. So when I passed the box around there were only three pieces left, but I had my debts all paid. You don't need to try and do any more to send me a box 'cause you have enough to do now to keep things going. And I know you would if you didn't have plenty of other things to do. I suppose Muriel is going to get married. I charged the Wards $50/00 and it is well worth it, for they might have got a cut of a $1000,00 to 2,000/00 and even if they didn't want to take it, they could hardly afford to fight it because the expense would have
