Saving...
H & S Co, 136th Med Regt Camp Claiborne, La Oct. 4, 1941 My dear Dorothea: Your good letter of Oct.1st came yesterday and of the 2nd came today. So glad to learn everything is going OK. and to know how much you are counting on my coming home. Go ahead and cash the $2.50 safe driver's reward. You got it before, but I always used it on the insurance policy. I'm glad business is better with Max. I hope he continues and that the business becomes so voluminous as to require some extra help. I think you should raise the price on everything you have to do about 10% or not less than 5 cents on the minor items. As you say, you could do less and still have more. You had better get the Prestone but I don't believe I would have him put it in just yet as there is very little danger of freezing weather for a few weeks and it might boil away. Also have the radiator and hose connections checked before putting the Prestone in for I lost one fill last year because they were bad. I think I had new ones put on then, but can't remember for sure. The Labor Activities will probably continue to rent office
