along the roads now. Finally I got into Celania, Ohio and found a Tourist Rest and had a very nice room with shared bath for $1.25. I bathed, shaved & went down town to get some supper. Couldn't get anything but sandwiches. I called you from the Central office there. The girl told me my time was up and I didn't have any more change to drop in the slot but she let me say "hello" to the kids anyhow - which is why I couldn't talk any longer to Mother than just to say "hello". The night got cold and the car froze up. But it started right off and it was dark when I left there and got out in the country and the old Jaloppy got to steaming.
