Camp Forrest Jan. 27, 1943, Dear Dorothea: I surely would have liked some of that popcorn- for as you said- we really enjoyed it on Sunday afternoons, didn't we? And hope it won't be long until we can again. And all the things that go with it. I noticed in the paper about Jay Copeland but didn't know what the statics was between he and Tress. I rather thought they got married some time back but so no mention of it in the newspaper article. I guess we must have had the same cold snap you did- judging from your mention of the weather situation there. Glad to learn Cliffie is better but sorry he still has to be in bed. Better have him be good and strong as to take any
