pipes + everything. [illegible] was the Holland Furnace man and he said it would have to be done before next winter. Even if we could get Montgomery to do it, they would probably do the same kind of a job. I areal you would write him a letter + tell him what the Holland Furnace man said + see what they want to do about it. Will you? Don't it beat the dutch, all the double we have had? The twin bed room is rented at last. Two men working at the plant took it. They are on maintenance. We rented it for $3.00 a piece-Hope they well
