Saturday, Aug 10-[1918] My Dearest Bess: I am scratching you a line as to my whereabouts when I arrived here I had orders awaiting me to go to Ft. Sill Okla to join Base Hospt 85 and will leave for there Monday morning as soon as I get my property transfered. Great excitement around here about 15 nurses ordered to New York so of course they are in a hub bub. I am having my mail forwarded to Base Hosp No 85 Ft Sill Lawton Okla
