Saving...
Easter Sunday Dear Folks: I wanted to send you a card but couldn't get a nice one here on the post so will write a letter instead. Weather here was nice went to town early this morning to church they had two services and I went to the nine o'clock one. It was beautiful both choirs participated in a lily processional the children in white robes and the main choir in deep wine or maroon robes. The singing was very nice and they have a fine organist. Flowers were about the nicest I've ever seen. Lilies about 6 inches across. Had a good steak dinner and saw a show and came back to camp. I looked up a couple of fellows from my old squadron who will start to school next week. They are good eggs I'm glad they stayed here. Last night I went to the barber shop and got a haircut my hair is rather dry down here as I asked the barber for a tonic Gee whiz when I paid him it was $1.25 more than I ever spent on my head before. Haircuts are only 35 cents so I'd no idea it would be so much. Live and learn
