New Hartford Friday, November 11, 1864 Took Seanna to School & drew another Elm log to mill. broke Evener, made a new one. Borrowed [Gerbigs?] [wagon box?] for Pa to go to Waterloo. found our little calf at Danley's. Saturday 12 Pa went to Waterloo. I went to find [new? our?] heifer. Saw Silas Ensign [?] mill property. Townsend was here. He wanted to trade for smart horse. [] come home from S. B. Ensign's. cut stoke wood for next week Sunday 13 Borrowed [?] Hammond's Harness to Harness [San? & Sady?]. Took Aunt Susan to Esther's. Seanna & Hannah went [up there with me?]. the man [Steffen's] at H. Hammond's for his [illegible].
