New Hartford Jan 1866 Mon 15 It snowed last night I put boat in the stable to day for a cow manger & worked in the stable till 2 P.M. went to town Charles Harmon had sent to C. Fall for our skates It is quite blustering this afternoon. Tues 16 Went to Smiths he mended my boot that I burned 40 Geo Duryee agreed to take wood 15 @ I went out to Henrys with H. Keninison & borrowed Ketchums tanning mill. G. W. Ensign will take it down to my house. Wed 17 At H Pecks last night rode home with G. Ensign commenced cleaning wheat (illegible) (illegible) here visiting get wagon tongue for (illegible)
