I was requesed to writ to you by a person that you think a good off and I want you to writ to me as quica as you can. I am informed that James and bill both wrot to you and I heard so m thinges that they had on there letters and it was a bout Sam and Martha Ann and you need not bleve any thing you heare theme say abou theme two for Martha will never marry Sam and she don't like to have sutch puff wrting about her so far awy from hom and you know wat thare are a doing it for bill wants her and cant git her ovr big "[illegible]" ben has gort up there my time will soon be out then I will be as big as ben dnt you think I will I bleave I have told you all that I can think of but I want you to write to as soon as you can and tell me what bill wrot I want you to be sure to writ and direct you letter to Port Louisa Louisa Co that is all at preasent Yours mos repactiblly Georg W Pettit
