the germans. We had breakfast on the train dinner at Peru . Indiana. Stopped at Ft. Wayne and, again at Montpeliar Ohio. I believe we are routed over the least busy of the rail roads as we will take the west shore. Road to Buffalo. We should be in New York by Friday I suppose and then another wait for the trip across. I will probably get your letters all in one heap in N. York at least I hope so as I miss hearing from you so much. My letters are such unjointed things that they must be funny things to read. However they are a token that I have you constantly in mind and want you to have myself in yours. It makes me so happy that things are as they are instead of the old way. How I wish I were where I could put my arms around you. Your Husband Walter
