Saving...
On board ship: My Dearest Bess: Well this is certainly a gay life bobbing around on these waves. It is very quiet now and when it gets worse I do not think I will have a very good appetite. One of the boys outside my window this morning was talking to another one. The no I had been sick and in very disgusted tones said that he wondered why in H- Germany wanted the supremacy of the seas. Said they were welcome to his [chore?]. They get off some funny sayings. I think it quite unnecessary to have any smile book when around with them.
