Saving...
We got a morning edition of the Daily Mail a London Paper and The Paris Edition of the New York Herald. They are almost exclusively devoted to war news. So we think war and read war all of the time. Havent had any air raids since I have been here, but may be will. Saw where the big gun had been peppering away while bombarding Paris before we came. It would be almost impossible to look any one up over here as we are very busy and suppose they are the same. I dont know about [Pe - name?], although I will know him if I see him. I must send Helen some thing for Christmas but dont know just what it will be. I will go downtown soon and see what I can find. Well I guess I am frozen out as we have no fire and the room is cold. I will go to bed. Hope this finds you all well and that you keep that way. Yours with love and all, Walter
