things that we bought that we had to buy two pillow slips to carry them home in. We also had two big bundles too. I have a bed spread to bring home to you. I have an idea that I won't be able to send any Christmas presents because we never have a chance to buy anything. It is surprising how few things the French people need to live on. We have had several entertainments in camp. The nurses and soldiers all go and it's lots of fun. Some day soon I am going to try to get a donkey cart and explore a little more. The prevailing conveyances are donkey carts and oxen. The autos and horses are all in military service
