This army is a funny place, you never want to plan on anything definite for if you do you are disapointed. I dont believe we are going to get any ratings again this month, it disgusts me when I see in the Union some of the guys who are Corporals etc & I havent made it we have a lot of good fellows in this squadron privates & theyve been in a year. When you finish air mechanics school you are automat ically supposed to be made sergants but it doesnt always work that way. It was very warm here today
