Nov. 9, 1942 Pueblo, Colo. Dear Dad & Mom: Another bright clean day weather has been grand the last few days, regular indian summer but a little cool. There is just a little snow in a few sheltered spots that we had a few days back. There is a crew of men busy [discing?] & seeding rye along the ramp & runways where they scraped off the top for grading. Hope it grows it would be a great help in preventing the dust from blowing. There are ranches close to the field and east of the camp some likely looking farms raising alfalfa corn & beets. But harvest is
