I think we will have a couple of engine changes start today and I am picked to be one of the guys to do the work. I have worked on nearly all the changes we've made. Ours seems to be the hard luck squadron, one of our planes hasn't flown for four days just little things but enough to keep it grounded. We are rated, by squadron, according to our flying hours so we will probably be on the bottom. We are all pretty disgusted because we dont get ratings but we havent been high in the squadrons yet when you are the group headquarters will allow lots of ratings, hope we can make it sometime soon. I am ashamed in the army almost ten months and still a private, even Bob Ward is a corporal I noticed by
