Nov. 12, 1942. Pueblo, Colo. [Colorado] Dear Dad & Mom: Had my 24 hour pass yesterday, not very exciting but a break from the everyday routine- Was real lazy this morning didnt get up till after 10 and by the time I cleaned up it was time to go to chow and get out on the line. I guess the furlough situation is settled tho not too satisfactorily for me. From now on all furloughs will be awarded by the length of time each man has been in service in our squadron there are over fifty who have been in for at least
