Nov. 20, 1942 Pueblo, Colorado Dear Dad & Mom: Our nice weather has certainly taken a change for the worst. It is snowing and turning quite cold, the plane are all grounded and the radio says it will snow all night. The way it started I believe it really meant it too The carpenters are still working in the snow but I expect they will soon quit, all work stopped on inspections because the weather is so bad. It was as balmy night last evening but about 1 A M it started to get cold & the wind blew hard, had to moor all our ships down. Got in some new mechanics yesterday they seem to be good workers. One boy on our crew lives just a few miles from Ogdensburg and [illegible] New York. He says he knows lots of Grahams up around there. Also knew old man Wallace who used to train race horses in West Union. It is getting so dark (about 4 PM) I cant see to write without turning the lights on. I have to go to work at 6 this evening so must
