glad I didnt stay on as an instructor Im sure I wouldnt have liked it. I am listening to the football games this afternoon because they are so loud I couldnt sleep. They are quite good. Ohio.State-Mich & Minn + Wisconsin, listening to the Ohio one mostly but keep track of the Minn. one also. We didnt get the flag for next week we were second in line another squadron just edged us out but perhaps we can get it the week following. So many of the fellows are discouraged because they put out so fine ratings Im afraid they wont try very hard You folks have surely been living under adverse conditions, all the painting and varnishing you must be almost all slicked up. Walter seems always to come when you are doing something or have something planned Must quit for now. Love Johnny
